Healthy Color chooses Davide D’Andrea Ricchi

It’s been almost a year and a half since the agreement was signed with the food franchise brand Healthy Color, whose ownership, in addition to its founders Sfera Ebbasta and Andrea Petagna, has also included international stylist Marcelo Burlon for a few months now, the latter joining as an investor shortly after the launch of the first pilot store in Milan.

The partnership with Franchise Development will facilitate the opening of other branded outlets, which already boasts the second location in Rome, at Via Leone IV, No. 64.

A partnership for a franchising expansion plan for Healthy Color

The Healthy Color brand is preparing to soon launch an expansion plan through franchising in Italy and – why not – abroad.

In this regard, he adds: “Our CEO, Davide D’Andrea Ricchi, together with the COO Oliverio Zon and the administrator Alessandro Galleni, have collaborated to standardize all the work processes underlying the business model, trying to optimize sourcing, food costs, processing, and marketing, etc.

Furthermore, a control dashboard has been introduced to monitor KPIs in order to guarantee the affiliate an efficient food business model.

Therefore, in addition to drafting the Operating Manual of the franchise, we have defined the legal framework and the business plan of the project. The partnership between Healthy Color and Franchise Development has in its sights a cautious, quality development plan, with a “win to win” perspective with future affiliates.
