Here are the steps in our methodological approach to boost the affiliate performance of a franchise network:
Step 1:
Commercial check up.

Step 2:
Legal check-up.
The second step leads us to do a careful analysis of your franchise agreement. It may, for example, contain overly burdensome clauses, along with a poorly detailed operations manual, that turn away potential franchisees. Here the focus of our work is on security. A secure contract, which complies with all franchise laws, allows you to prevent possible litigation and to set up the business in the best way, from a legal point of view, in anticipation of possible exits.
Step 3:
Management and intervention proposal.
After an initial analysis phase, if we believe that the conditions are right, we develop our own improvement plan that goes in the two directions we indicated earlier: 1) an intervention on the legal aspects; 2) an intervention for the optimization of the commercial aspects. For the second point, our team will manage the lead generation system and-as an extension- ( optional service) offer one of our salespeople for negotiation facilitation, as a support to brand ownership. Our experienced salespeople are available on a minimal expense reimbursement and a “success fee” that is triggered only at the closing of the negotiation.
Step 4:
